Hi, I’m Sahar! As an engineer and ceramic artist, I’ve always believed that the spaces we inhabit should be both highly functional and beautifully inspiring. That exact philosophy drove the curation of Casa Florida CozyVibeStay, our 1923 Craftsman duplex here in Long Beach.
When designing this space, I wanted to blend coastal ease with the specific details that make a house feel like a true home. I am deeply passionate about specialty coffee—spending my own weekends dialing in fresh home roasts—so it was a priority to build a curated coffee station for you to kickstart your day before a stroll down to Alamitos Beach.
Because my husband and I both have demanding tech and engineering backgrounds, we know exactly how crucial a proper remote workspace is. That’s why we bypassed the standard "desk in a corner" and created a dedicated designer office with high-speed Wi-Fi to give you an inspiring, professional backdrop for your calls.
Finally, as someone who loves nature and the outdoors, I wanted to ensure you had a place to decompress. The private backyard oasis, complete with a luxe pergola, hanging egg chairs, and vibrant citrus trees, is meant to be your own secret garden in the heart of the city.
